Southern Mongolia A chance for you to try riding the 2 humped Bactrian camel amongst the huge sand dunes of Southern Mongolia. Meet the camel herdsman and his family and then go on to see the land of the Dinosaurs, with relics from 60 million years ago.
Central Mongolia Visits to huge Buddhist Erdenezuu monastery, the symbolic ruins of the ancient capital Karakorum, and great extinct volcano area with White Lake. Visit nomadic horseman family and sample their home made dairy products.
Northern Mongolia Huvsgul Lake is the second biggest freshwater lake in Asia after Baikal and is a great place for fishing and boating and hiking through the beautiful scenery on land to explore the flora and fauna. Plus here you will meet Tsaatan reindeer nomads and explore their lifestyle.
Ulaanbaatar The capital of Mongolia is a city of contrast where modern life comfortably blends with Mongolian traditional lifestyle you will visit the best of the city including Gandan Monastery, National Museum of History, Zaisan Hill War Memorial and live performance of Mongolian National folklore.

Day1. Ulaanbaatar city
Arrive in Ulaanbaatar, the capital of Mongolia. Take a city tour to Gandan Monastery where you will see huge gold plated Buddha, a symbol of Mongolian national pride and cultural revival and visit National Museum of Mongolian History, where you will see artifacts from Mongolia and Central Asia from the Stone Age to the present. Excursion to Zaisan Hill War Memorial to get your bearings with a panoramic view of the whole city. Overnight in the hotel.
Day 2. Tsagaan suvarga
Drive to Tsagaan suvarga. It is located junction of middle Gobi and south Gobi provinces. Tsagaan Suvraga (White Stupa) is interesting to see the sheer slope, facing east, which from a distance seems to be the ruins of the ancient city. Hiking is very good point. Stay overnight in a nomadic Ger.
Day 3 . Eagle valley in South Gobi
Drive to Yol Am (also called Eagle valley) – a wonderfully picturesque place with ice even in summer, and surrounded by sheer rocky walls, forming incredible canyons. These areas are situated in the Gobi Gurvan Saikhan National Park that encompasses the “Three Beauties” peaks and the most easterly points of the Altai Mountains. Overnight in Ger
Day 4 . Khongor sand dunes
Today you will be driven to Khongor sand dunes. These are Mongolia’s largest sand dunes, reaching height of 300 meters in some areas. You will be riding on camel to explore the Khongor sand dunes. The two-humped Bactrian camels are very comfortable to ride as they walk slowly and gently, and you will be well supported by the humps, sitting comfortably between them. Our camel man will lead you safely through the sand dunes. Plus, you will have an opportunity to visit a camel herdsman’s family to explore their way of life, their culture and traditions. The sand dunes change color with each hour of the day, from yellow to silver to rose-colored at (dawn/ sundown). Overnight in Ger.
Day 5 . Bayanzag, land of the Dinosaurs
Today we will drive to Bayanzag, (known as Flaming Cliffs where the first nest of dinosaur eggs ever discovered was found in 1922) a site famous for the remains of the Dinosaurs which lived here 60 million years ago. What a chance to walk around where the Dinosaurs once roamed and also get to know saksaul trees and other classic desert vegetation. Overnight in tourist camp.
Day 6 . Ongi Temple Ruins
After breakfast, we will drive to Ongi Temple ruins which had about thousand lamas. It is a ruin of big monastery Bari Yonzon Hamba on the bank of a river. On the way, we will enjoy the vast steppe of the country. Play traditional games and Overnight in the tourist camp.
Day 7 .Visit Erdenezuu and Karakorum
After breakfast, continue driving to Karakorum, the symbolic ruins of the 13th century capital of the Mongol Empire. On the way, we will enjoy beautifully changing landscape from semi desert Gobi into forest steppe. Visit Erdene-Zuu, the oldest monastery, with 108 stupas, built in 1586. Then visit Karakorum museum and see the Great Mongol state period, Stone Age, Bronze Age, Ancient state period halls. Overnight in Ger.
Day 8 . Tsenkher Hot Springs
The sulphur springs of Tsenkher emerge from the ground at 86 degrees in Celcius. The hot spring is especially good for skin allergy.We will relax in Hot spa for the whole day. It is a good treatment after a long horse-riding trip or trekking. Overnight in a G
Day 9 . Horgo extinct volcano and Terkh white Lake
Drive to Horgo extinct volcano and Terkhiin Tsagaan Lake. It was established to project the spectacular mountain scenery and endangered species of flora & fauna. It’s surrounded by the Khangai Mountains, which reach as 3000 meters above the sea level. Over comparatively small area here there are a dozen or so extinct volcanoes. We will ride horse here to explore big volcano crater area. White is a good spot for bird watching and photographing. Overnight in a ger camp.
Day 10 . Shine ider village
On the way stopover near Zuun Lake. Along the way you will enjoy beautiful scenery of mountain meadow and pine tree forest. Stay overnight in a nomadic family’s ger or camp in nature.
Day 11-12 . Khuvsgul lake
Today, we will drive to Khuvsgul Lake, the deepest and purest lake in Mongolia. You will have 2 days for relaxing and enjoying the Lake Khuvsgul, 136km long and 36km wide at 1645m above see level. Known as the Blue pearl of Mongolia, because of its crystal clear waters, it flows into the Eg and finally reaches reindeer people who are few ethnic group of Mongolia.
You have opportunity to trek to the lakeside & mountain for taking photos and exploring and enjoying the wildlife, flora & fauna of Huvsgul lake area. Overnight in Ger.
Day 13 . Uran togoo mountain
The Uran Togoo – Tulga Uul Natural Monument is a national protected area in the Bulgan Province of Mongolia. It is located about 60 km directly west of Bulgan city around the extinct volcanoes Uran Togoo, Tulga, Togoo, and Jalavch Uul.
All four mountain names allude to their volcanic past with designations borrowed from around the fireplace. The Uran Togoo and Togoo mountains are named for their bowl shape, the Tulga mountain for its three mounds reminding of the traditional iron tripod kettle support. Jalavch ist a term for a small pot. Day 14. Amarbayasgalant monastery
Amarbayasgalant monastery one of the three largest Buddhist centers in Mongolia, is located near the Selenge River in the Iven Valley at the foot of Buren Khan Mountain. It was built between 1727-1736, without the use of a single nail. Explore the monastery. Overnight in a ger.
